Per. Citri Reticulatae Chen Pi 3-9g Regulates Qi, adjusts the Middle, relieves the diaphragm, dries Dampness and transforms Phlegm.
With Zhi Ban Xia, for a stifling sensation in the chest and cough with excessive white, viscous sputum due to Phlegm-Damp Obstruction.
With Zhi Ban Xia and Fu Ling, for Accumulation of Dampness and Phlegm.
Rz. Pinelliae Preparata Zhi Ban Xia 3-14g Dries Dampness, transforms Phlegm and descends Rebellious Qi.
With Chen Pi, for epigastric and abdominal distention or pain due to disharmony of the Stomach Qi.
With Fu Ling, treats Phlegm, thin mucus and turbid Dampness.
Rx. Astragali Huang Qi 9-30g Tonifies Qi and Blood, strengthens the Spleen, promotes urination, promotes the discharge of pus, generates flesh and expels toxins.
Poria Fu Ling 9-18g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness, strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes the Middle Jiao, quiets the Heart, calms the Spirit and soothes the nerves.
With Zhi Ban Xia and Chen Pi, for nausea, vomiting, chest fullness and distention and anorexia due to congested fluids.
Rx. Paeoniae Alba Bai Shao 5-30g Nourishes the Blood, softens the Liver, calms Liver Yang and Liver Wind and alleviates pain.
With Gan Cao, regulates the relationship between the Liver and Spleen.
Fr. Aurantii Zhi Ke 3-10g Promotes the movement of Qi, reduces distention and pressure and resolves hardenings.
